Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- The product should be in a resalable condition, with no damage or tampering.
- Items purchased under promotions, sales, or as part of a combo may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support at support@yourwebsite.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If the product is eligible, we’ll arrange for a return pickup or guide you to send it back to our address.
- Pack the item securely to avoid any damage in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, expired, or wrong product).
- Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
